What happens when my Pass expires?▸▾
You drop back to Free automatically — all your data intact, on the free monthly quota. Nothing renews, nothing to cancel, no card on file kept charging.
What happens when I hit the free limit?▸▾
Generate and Revise pause until the 1st of the next month (UTC). Everything else keeps working — matching, tracking, editing your profile, and downloading résumés you already made.
Do unused résumés roll over?▸▾
The free quota resets each month and doesn't roll over. Purchased credit packs DO carry over — they never expire. Referral bonus credits last 30–90 days. The Pass and Monthly remove the quota entirely.
What counts against the quota?▸▾
Each generation and each revision uses one. Switching templates is free, and re-tailoring reuses an existing version for free when the content already fits.
What happens if I cancel Monthly mid-month?▸▾
You keep unlimited tailoring until the end of the period you paid for, then drop to Free with all your data intact. Cancellation is two clicks in the Stripe billing portal — no retention flows. (The Pass has nothing to cancel — it just ends.)
